Here at Paphos Brides we strive to ensure that every
Bride and Groom has the perfect day. The following terms
and conditions are here to ensure that their are no complications
and are in place to preserve your rights so please read
them carefully.
- When you have decided to book with
us we will book your date and time with the town hall/church.
Once we have done this we will ask you to pay your deposit
to us. Once we have received the funds we will then
confirm this to you by e-mail and confirm your date
and time with the Town Hall/Church.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee your Wedding
date or time until we have received your deposit. If
for any reason it is deemed necessary by the Town Hall/Church
to change either your date/time for any reason at any
time, we will advise you of this as soon as possible
and make alternative arrangements on your behalf. Paphos
Brides cannot be held responsible for this but will
do their utmost to ensure the least amount of disruption
and inconvenience.
- Remember if booking one of our collections
we guarantee that we will organise only one wedding
a week. We require that you pay us your deposit to hold
this week available for your wedding but cannot guarantee
this until we have received your deposit.
Once we have received your deposit then we will confirm
this to you and you can rest assured that we will not
take any other bookings for that week. (please note-
our guarantee of one wedding a week is taken as your
actual wedding date and not your arrival date here in
Cyprus.)
- Once you have paid your deposit we will then send
you a statement showing the balance outstanding. This
must be paid to us no later than 12 weeks prior to your
arrival date. We will send via e-mail, 3 reminders advising
you when the remainder of your balance is due for payment.
If we receive no payment or any correspondence in response
to these e-mails from you, then we reserve the right
to cancel your wedding and any deposits paid will not
be refundable.
- In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel
your wedding the please consider the following-
You will have to submit your cancellation
to us in writing either by e-mail, post or fax and it
will be effective upon receipt by us.
The following charges will apply -
up to 12 weeks prior to arrival -
loss of deposit only
12-8 weeks prior to arrival - 60%
8-6 weeks prior to arrival - 80%
6-0 weeks prior to arrival - 100%
Wherever possible we will try and re-arrange alternative
dates for you but if we are unable to do this then the above
charges will apply. Please note that if you cancel your
wedding for any reason at any time then your deposit is
completely non-refundable. At the time of cancellation,
if you have not advised us of your arrival date then your
wedding date will be taken as your day of arrival.
- Please note that when booking a collection
please ensure that you choose the right collection for
your requirements. Anything included in the collection
should be used and if it is not required no refund on
any individual items included in the package is applicable.
To avoid this choose the collection that covers all
your requirements and then add any extras required separately
or choose the more basic package and upgrade individual
items in that package. Do not choose a more superior
package to your requirements as refunds cannot be given
on any individual items not required in that package.
In some instances though we may be able to change
individual items not required with one of less or equal
value.
- Please be aware that at Paphos Brides
our attention to detail comes first and foremost. If
for any reason we encounter any complications prior
to or on your wedding day due to incorrect information
supplied by yourselves then we will in no way be held
accountable.
- When booking your wedding with Paphos
Brides please be aware that we use the best and most
reliable suppliers for all your wedding needs and have
taken every care to ensure the quality of their services.
For this reason we can only co-ordinate your wedding
if you are booking your wedding requirements through
us so that we are able to ensure we have total control
on the day.
We will only consider you using your own suppliers for
certain requirements in exceptional circumstances and
if this has been pre-arranged with us in advance. This
strict policy has been put into place to protect both
you and ourselves from any misunderstandings or from
poor standards of service on your wedding day.
If for any reason we agree to you using your own suppliers,
Paphos Brides will not be held responsible for any poor
standards of service or any delays which may result
in complications on your wedding day.
