Option includes:
- All administration in relation to your wedding day arrangements and obtaining upon your arrival your special marriage licence at the town hall or Church. This includes booking the wedding date and time for you, all the correspondence this includes prior to your arrival and checking all your necessary papers and certificates to ensure they will be acceptable upon your arrival by the Cyprus authorities.
- Once you have arrived in Cyprus we will then arrange to meet you to discuss all your wedding arrangements in detail, covering every aspect from your preparation on the big day including transport arrangements and flowers ensuring that you are fully aware of times and arrangements for both you the bride and groom, as well as your guests.
- Normally the following day we will escort you to the town hall/church to obtain your marriage licence.
- If you are choosing one of our reception venues then we would arrange a time for you to meet with the venue and escort you there to discuss all arrangements for your reception*.
- Long or Round Bouquet for the bride of Roses or Lillies for the bride and three bouquets for the bridesmaids. 8 exclusive buttonholes for the Groom, Bestman and principle guests and then up to 40 Standard buttonholes for your guests**. Two arrangements for the reception top table.
- Horse and Carriage for the Bride and one 6 seater stretch Limosine for the Groom and Bestman. Transport of Coach/Minibus for up to 50 Guests.
- Photo Storybook Package, which includes 85 photos of your choice printed into a beautifully designed storybook Album. (all photos are printed into album like a book instead of standard photo prints put into an album)***OR 50 Photos in album and Disc of all photos taken.
- DVD recording of your wedding , edited and personalised for you so you can relive your special day.
- Sunset Pictures plus transport to location if necessary.
- 2 Enlargements of 10x12 of your choice.
- Three tier decorated wedding cake, which will be delivered and set up at your reception venue* with two bottles of Moet Et Chandon Champagne chilled ready for your arrival.
- Hair and Make-up for the bride on the day plus Hair for Two Bridesmaids or two people of your choice.
- Confetti Package -Confetti Package - we supply a mixture of confetti and bubbles for your guests to capture memorable photos of your day.
- Spa Package - Massage, Facial and Manicure for the Bride to be arranged prior to your big day.
And as promised...
Personal Wedding Co-ordinator throughout your stay on hand to arrange any aspect of your wedding. If booking this collection, we will only co-ordinate your wedding that week so that you know you will have our full attention and dedication prior to, on and after your wedding day.
Delivery of your proofs after the wedding for you to choose your memories and delivery of DVD you have chosen will take place before you leave Cyprus at a pre-arranged final meeting with your wedding co-ordinator.

*** Please note the storybook album may not be ready before your departure due to specialist printing required. It will be forwarded to you within a two week period. Postage and packaging for this is included in this collection.
*We can only deliver your cake to the reception for you if it is in the Immediate Paphos area (Peyia and Geroskipou are included). Likewise the return transport included in this package to your reception is only included if you choose one of our reception venues or if the venue you choose is in the immediate area of Paphos, Peyia or Geroskipou. There may be an additional charge if your reception is held outside of these areas.
*Additional charges apply for your reception payable directly to the venue on the day.
Please note : The following fees payable to the town hall or any fee's payable to the church are not included in our packages. Civil Wedding/Marriage Licence Fee of Euro 281.92 Payable by ALL couples to the Town hall upon arrival and Euro 650 to the church if you have chosen a church Anglican wedding or Euro 600 for a church Catholic wedding. Those Choosing a Catholic Ceremony must have both a civil wedding in a Town hall before the church ceremony can take place.
**Buttonholes for up to 50 guests only..If your guest number is less no refund is given on those not used.Extras can be ordered on booking, or when you are in resort. Prices as of 2008/2009.
